The site reproduces interaction language from FDA prescribing labels and NIH fact sheets and rates it for readability. A missing result is not a clean result

Labels do not document every interaction. Supplements, herbal products, and foods are especially under-covered, and newly discovered interactions may not yet appear. "No documented interaction" means only that the labels we index do not mention one.

Ratings are an interpretation

Major, moderate, and minor are our reading of the label's wording, not a clinical judgment. The rules are described on the about page. Always read the quoted sentence and the linked label section yourself, and treat any rating as a prompt to ask a professional, not an answer.
