  • TEMODAR is contraindicated in patients with a history of serious hypersensitivity reactions to: temozolomide or any other ingredients in TEMODAR; and dacarbazine, since both temozolomide and dacarbazine are metabolized to the same active metabolite 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl)-imidazole-4-carboxamide.   • Grade 3 or 4 cardiomyopathy occurred in 15 patients (4%) receiving trabectedin and 2 patients (1.2%) receiving dacarbazine; cardiomyopathy leading to death occurred in 1 patient (0.3%) receiving EVDI and in none of the patients receiving dacarbazine.
