Paradoxical Bronchospasm As with other inhaled therapies, Umeclidinium and Vilanterol ELLIPTA can produce paradoxical bronchospasm, which may be life threatening.
Avoid administration of Umeclidinium and Vilanterol ELLIPTA with other anticholinergic-containing drugs.
Therefore, avoid coadministration of Umeclidinium and Vilanterol ELLIPTA with other anticholinergic-containing drugs as this may lead to an increase in anticholinergic adverse effects [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.9 , 5.10 )] .
