Alcohol Concomitant use with alcohol is not recommended, as it may increase the potential for CNS effects such as dizziness, confusion, lightheadedness, and orthostatic hypotension [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.4 )] , and may result in dose-dumping [see Clinical Pharmacology ( 12.3 )] .
