Amlodipine and atorvastatin and Voriconazole interaction
Amlodipine and atorvastatin and Voriconazole: both prescribing labels describe an interaction that usually calls for monitoring, a dose change, or spacing the doses.
Usually manageable with monitoring or a dose change. Tell your pharmacist you take both.

Other benzodiazepines including triazolam and alprazolam (CYP3A4 Inhibition) In Vitro Studies Demonstrated Potential for Voriconazole to Inhibit Metabolism (Increased Plasma Exposure) HMG-CoA Reductase Inhibitors (Statins) (CYP3A4 Inhibition) In Vitro Studies Demonstrated Potential for Voriconazole to Inhibit Metabolism (Increased Plasma Exposure) Frequent monitoring…
Increased statin concentrations in plasma have been associated with rhabdomyolysis.
Adjustment of the statin dosage may be needed.
Dihydropyridine Calcium Channel Blockers (CYP3A4 Inhibition) In Vitro Studies Demonstrated Potential for Voriconazole to Inhibit Metabolism (Increased Plasma Exposure) Frequent monitoring for adverse reactions and toxicity related to calcium channel blockers.
Adjustment of calcium channel blocker dosage may be needed.

Amlodipine and atorvastatin tablets dosage modifications are recommended for patients taking certain anti-viral, azole antifungals, or macrolide antibiotic medications [see Dosage and Administration (2) ] .
Impact of Other Drugs on Amlodipine CYP3A Inhibitors Co-administration with CYP3A inhibitors (moderate and strong) results in increased systemic exposure to amlodipine and may require dose reduction.
Monitor for symptoms of hypotension and edema when amlodipine is co-administered with CYP3A inhibitors to determine the need for dose adjustment [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ] .
Atorvastatin plasma levels can be significantly increased with concomitant administration of inhibitors of CYP3A4 and transporters.
Drug Interactions that may Increase the Risk of Myopathy and Rhabdomyolysis with Atorvastatin Cyclosporine or Gemfibrozil Clinical Impact: Atorvastatin plasma levels were significantly increased with concomitant administration of atorvastatin and cyclosporine, an inhibitor of CYP3A4 and OATP1B1 [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ].
