CONTRAINDICATIONS Lotensin is contraindicated in patients: who are hypersensitive to benazepril or to any other ACE inhibitor with a history of angioedema with or without previous ACE inhibitor treatment Lotensin is contraindicated in combination with a neprilysin inhibitor (e.g., sacubitril).
