• Colesevelam hydrochloride: Consider administering olmesartan at least 4 hours before colesevelam hydrochloride dose • Lithium: Increases in serum lithium concentrations and lithium toxicity.
Lithium Increases in serum lithium concentrations and lithium toxicity have been reported during concomitant administration of lithium with angiotensin II receptor antagonists, including amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets.
Monitor serum lithium levels during concomitant use.

Calcium Channel Blocking Agents (CCB) Clinical Impact: Concomitant use may increase the risk of neurologic adverse reactions in the form of ataxia, tremors, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or tinnitus.
