Other Lipid Modifying Agents: lomitapide ↑ lomitapide Coadministration of REYATAZ with lomitapide is contraindicated.
This is due to the potential for risk of markedly increased transaminase levels and hepatotoxicity associated with increased plasma concentrations of lomitapide.

Concomitant administration of JUXTAPID with moderate or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, as this can increase JUXTAPID exposure [see Warnings and Precautions (5.6) , Drug Interactions (7.1) , and Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ].
Concomitant use with strong or moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors ( 4 ).
Concomitant use of moderate or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors with JUXTAPID is contraindicated [see Drug Interactions (7.1) ].
If treatment with moderate or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors is unavoidable, JUXTAPID should be stopped during the course of treatment.
Strong and moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors are contraindicated with JUXTAPID.
