Withhold INLYTA and avelumab or pembrolizumab, initiate corticosteroid therapy as needed, and/or permanently discontinue the combination for severe or life-threatening hepatotoxicity.
For elevated liver enzymes, interrupt or permanently discontinue INLYTA and avelumab or pembrolizumab, and administer corticosteroids as needed [see Dosage and Administration (2.3) ] .
Fifty-nine percent of the patients with increased ALT received systemic corticosteroids.
Thirty-four patients were treated with corticosteroids and one patient was treated with a non-steroidal immunosuppressant.
