Avoid concurrent use of Carbinoxamine Maleate Extended-Release Oral Suspension with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants because additional impairment of central nervous system performance may occur.
Avoid use of Carbinoxamine Maleate extended-release oral suspension with alcohol and other CNS depressants (hypnotics sedatives, tranquilizers, etc.) due to additive effects.
(4 and 7) Alcohol and CNS depressants (hypnotics sedatives, tranquilizers, etc.): Avoid concomitant use due to additive adverse effects.

Risks From Concomitant Use With Alcohol, Benzodiazepines Or Other CNS Depressants Concomitant use of opioids with benzodiazepines or other central nervous system (CNS) depressants, including alcohol, may result in profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma, and death [ see Warnings and Precautions (5.4), Drug Interactions (7) ].
