Cerebrovascular Adverse Reactions Including Stroke in Elderly Patients with Dementia-Related Psychosis In placebo-controlled trials in elderly patients with dementia, patients randomized to risperidone, aripiprazole, and olanzapine had a higher incidence of stroke and transient ischemic attack, including fatal stroke.
Seizures Like other antipsychotic drugs, REXULTI may cause seizures.
Potential for Cognitive and Motor Impairment REXULTI, like other antipsychotics, may cause somnolence and has the potential to impair judgment, thinking, or motor skills.

RISPERDAL CONSTA and other antipsychotic drugs should be used cautiously in patients at risk for aspiration pneumonia. [see also Boxed Warning and Warnings and Precautions (5.1) ] 5.13 Priapism Priapism has been reported during postmarketing surveillance [see Adverse Reactions (6.2) ] .
