The concomitant systemic administration of itraconazole to patients receiving high-dose MYLERAN may result in reduced busulfan clearance (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY).
Patients should be monitored for signs of busulfan toxicity when itraconazole is used concomitantly with MYLERAN.
