Sodium-Glucose Cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor Clinical Impact: Concomitant use of lithium with an SGLT2 inhibitor may decrease serum lithium concentrations.
Intervention: Monitor serum lithium concentration more frequently during SGLT2 inhibitor initiation and dosage changes.
