CYP P450 2D6 enzyme inhibitors may increase and rifampin may decrease carvedilol levels.
Inducers/Inhibitors of Hepatic Metabolism Rifampin reduced plasma concentrations of carvedilol by about 70% [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.5) ] .
