NUMBRINO is contraindicated in: patients with a known history of hypersensitivity to cocaine hydrochloride, other ester-based local anesthetics, or any other component of the nasal solution [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.5 )] .
From the Desflurane (Suprane) label · effective 2026-07-15
DRUG INTERACTIONS No clinically significant adverse interactions with commonly used preanesthetic drugs, or drugs used during anesthesia (muscle relaxants, intravenous agents, and local anesthetic agents) were reported in clinical trials.
