Potassium-Sparing Diuretics Cyclosporine should not be used with potassium-sparing diuretics because hyperkalemia can occur.
If hypertension persists, the dose of Neoral should be further reduced or blood pressure should be controlled with antihypertensive agents.

Cyclosporine Increased risk of gouty arthritis secondary to furosemide-induced hyperuricemia and cyclosporine impairment of renal urate excretion.
