Moderate or Strong CYP3A4 inducers: Avoid concomitant use.
Prevention or Management: Concomitant use of QUVIVIQ with a strong or moderate inducer of CYP3A4 is not recommended [see Dosage and Administration (2.2) ] .
Strong and Moderate CYP3A4 Inducers Clinical Implications: Concomitant use with a strong or moderate CYP3A4 inducer decreases exposure to daridorexant [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ] , which may reduce the efficacy of QUVIVIQ.
