Strong CYP3A inhibitor and P-gp inhibitor : Avoid coadministration.
Effect of Other Drugs on AFINITOR/AFINITOR DISPERZ Strong or Moderate CYP3A Inhibitor and P-gp Inhibitor Avoid the coadministration of a strong CYP3A inhibitor and P-gp inhibitor [see Dosage and Administration (2.11), Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)] .
Moderate CYP3A inhibitor and P-gp inhibitor : Reduce the dosage as recommended.
From the Darunavir and cobicistat (PREZCOBIX) label · effective 2026-02-01
Co-administration of PREZCOBIX or PREZCOBIX PED and other drugs that inhibit CYP3A may result in increased plasma concentrations of darunavir and cobicistat (see Table 2 ).
Therapeutic drug monitoring is recommended with concomitant use Immunosuppressant /neoplastic: everolimus ↑ immunosuppressants Co-administration of everolimus and PREZCOBIX or PREZCOBIX PED is not recommended. irinotecan Discontinue PREZCOBIX or PREZCOBIX PED at least 1 week prior to starting irinotecan therapy.
Immunosuppressants: cyclosporine, sirolimus, tacrolimus ↑ immunosuppressants These immunosuppressant agents are metabolized by CYP3A.
