A decrease in the dosage or an adjustment of the dosing interval of nilotinib and dasatinib may be necessary for patients requiring co-administration with strong CYP3A inhibitors such as NORVIR.

Avoid concomitant use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
If concomitant administration of a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor cannot be avoided, consider a dose reduction [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.3 )] .
If concomitant administration of a strong CYP3A4 inducer cannot be avoided, consider a dose increase [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.3 )] .
