What the FDA labels say
From the Deferasirox (Exjade) label · effective 2026-01-28
The concomitant use of Exjade with potent UGT inducers (e.g., rifampicin, phenytoin, phenobarbital, ritonavir) may result in a decrease in Exjade efficacy due to a possible decrease in deferasirox concentration.
