In patients who experience mild or moderate IRRs, consider premedications, including antihistamines, corticosteroids, and antipyretics.
Interrupt MARGENZA infusion in patients experiencing dyspnea or clinically significant hypotension and intervene with medical therapy which may include epinephrine, corticosteroids, diphenhydramine, bronchodilators and oxygen.
