Drug Interactions Use of doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride delayed-release tablets is contraindicated in women who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), which prolong and intensify the anticholinergic (drying) effects of antihistamines.
