What the FDA labels say
From the Estazolam label · effective 2024-02-05
Consequently, estazolam should be avoided in patients receiving ketoconazole and itraconazole, which are very potent inhibitors of CYP3A (see CONTRAINDICATIONS ).
From the Imatinib (Gleevec) label · effective 2026-07-13
Interactions With Drugs Metabolized by CYP3A4 Gleevec will increase plasma concentration of CYP3A4 metabolized drugs (e.g., triazolo-benzodiazepines, dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers, certain HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, etc.). Use caution when administering Gleevec with CYP3A4 substrates that have a narrow therapeutic window.
