What the FDA labels say
From the Fosamprenavir (Fosamprenavir Calcium) label · effective 2026-06-30
Antineoplastics: Dasatinib, nilotinib, ibrutinib, vinblastine, everolimus ↑Antineoplastics Fosamprenavir calcium or fosamprenavir calcium /ritonavir may increase plasma concentrations of antineoplastics metabolized by CYP3A, potentially increasing the risk of adverse events typically associated with these medications.
Immunosuppressants: Cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus ↑ Immunosuppressants Therapeutic concentration monitoring is recommended for immunosuppressant agents.
Because ritonavir is a CYP2D6 inhibitor, clinically significant interactions with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 are possible when coadministered with fosamprenavir calcium plus ritonavir.
