Angioedema [increased risk with concomitant angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE inhibitors)] : Monitor for symptoms and treat promptly ( 5.8 )
The concomitant use of Zortress with other drugs known to cause angioedema, such as angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors may increase the risk of developing angioedema.

Angioedema and Anaphylactoid Reactions Patients taking concomitant mTOR inhibitor (e.g. temsirolimus, sirolimus, everolimus) therapy or a neprilysin inhibitor may be at increased risk for angioedema. [see Drug Interactions (7.7 , 7.8)] .
mTOR Inhibitor s Patients taking concomitant mTOR inhibitor (e.g. temsirolimus, sirolimus, everolimus) therapy may be at increased risk for angioedema.
