Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD)/Non-Infectious Pneumonitis : Monitor for symptoms or radiologic changes; manage by dose reduction or discontinuation until symptoms resolve; consider use of corticosteroids ( 5.10 )
Most cases generally resolve on drug interruption with or without glucocorticoid therapy.

CYP 3A4 Inhibitors (e.g., Ketoconazole, Macrolide Antibiotics) Ketoconazole has been reported to decrease the metabolism of certain corticosteroids by up to 60% leading to increased risk of corticosteroid side effects.
