Intervention: Avoid grapefruit juice when taking VYTORIN.
Lipid modifying doses (≥1 gram/day) of niacin, fibrates, colchicine, and grapefruit juice may also increase the risk of myopathy and rhabdomyolysis [see Drug Interactions (7.1) ] .
