…contraindicated with ketoconazole tablets: methadone, disopyramide, dronedarone, ergot alkaloids such as dihydroergotamine, ergometrine, ergotamine, methylergometrine, irinotecan, lurasidone, oral midazolam, alprazolam, triazolam, felodipine, nisoldipine, ranolazine, tolvaptan, eplerenone, lovastatin, simvastatin and colchicine (see PRECAUTIONS: Drug Interactions ).
Antivirals indinavir, maraviroc, saquinavir Beta Blockers nadolol Calcium Channel Blockers felodipine, nisoldipine other dihydropyridines, verapamil Calcium channel blockers can have a negative inotropic effect which may be additive to those of ketoconazole.
The potential increase in plasma concentrations of calcium channel blockers when coadministered with ketoconazole tablets may increase the risk of edema and congestive heart failure.

Coadministration of CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, grapefruit juice, cimetidine) with felodipine may lead to several-fold increases in the plasma levels of felodipine, either due to an increase in bioavailability or due to a decrease in metabolism.
Caution should be used when CYP3A4 inhibitors are coadministered with felodipine.

These effects have been observed with coadministration of itraconazole (a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor).
