If concomitant use of RALDESY with other serotonergic drugs is clinically warranted, inform patients of the increased risk for serotonin syndrome and monitor for symptoms.
The risk is increased with concomitant use of other serotonergic drugs (including triptans, tricyclic antidepressants, fentanyl, lithium, tramadol, tryptophan, buspirone, and St.
Other Serotonergic Drugs Clinical Impact: The concomitant use of serotonergic drugs, including RALDESY and other serotonergic drugs increases the risk of serotonin syndrome.
Intervention: Patients should be counseled that RALDESY may enhance the response to alcohol, barbiturates, and other CNS depressants.

The risk of CNS depression is increased if ADDYI is taken during waking hours, or if ADDYI is taken with alcohol or other CNS depressants, or with medications that increase flibanserin concentrations, such as CYP3A4 inhibitors [see Contraindications (4), Warnings and Precautions (5.1, 5.2), Adverse Reactions (6.1) , and Drug Interactions (7) ].
