Oral Estrogen Clinical Impact: Oral estrogens may reduce the serum IGF-1 response to HUMATROPE.
Intervention: Patients receiving oral estrogen may require greater HUMATROPE dosages [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.3 )] .
Oral Estrogen: Patients may require larger doses of HUMATROPE.
