Minor

Acute renal impairment, including renal failure, has been observed following the administration of zoledronic acid, especially in patients with preexisting renal compromise, advanced age, concomitant nephrotoxic medications, concomitant diuretic therapy, or severe dehydration occurring before or after Reclast administration.
