Concomitant use of HALDOL DECANOATE with other products that prolong the QTc interval may result in a greater increase in the QTc interval, and adverse reactions associated with QTc interval prolongation, including torsade de pointes, other serious arrythmias, and sudden death [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2) ].
Anticholinergic Drugs Clinical Impact The healthcare provider should keep in mind the possible increase in intraocular pressure when anticholinergic drugs are administered concomitantly with HALDOL DECANOATE.

The management of NMS should include 1) immediate discontinuation of promethazine HCl, antipsychotic drugs, if any, and other drugs not essential to concurrent therapy, 2) intensive symptomatic treatment and medical monitoring, and 3) treatment of any concomitant serious medical problems for which specific treatments are available.
