• Higher rate of major adverse CV events (defined as CV death, myocardial infarction, and stroke) with XELJANZ vs. TNF blockers in RA patients.
Increased incidence of pulmonary embolism, venous and arterial thrombosis with XELJANZ vs. TNF blockers in RA patients.
