Cardiovascular Drugs, Miscellaneous Ivabradine Ranolazine Contraindicated during and 2 weeks after TOLSURA treatment.
Co-administration with eliglustat is contraindicated in poor or intermediate metabolizers of CYP2D6 and in subjects taking strong or moderate CYP2D6 inhibitors.

Effects of Other Drugs on Ranolazine Strong CYP3A Inhibitors Concomitant use of ASPRUZYO Sprinkle with strong CYP3A inhibitors, including ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir, ritonavir, indinavir, and saquinavir is contraindicated [see Contraindications (4), Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)].
