In combination with strong cytochrome CYP3A4 inhibitors ( 4 )
Bradycardia may increase the risk of QT prolongation which may lead to severe ventricular arrhythmias, including torsade de pointes, especially in patients with risk factors such as use of QTc prolonging drugs [see Adverse Reactions ( 6.2 )] .
DRUG INTERACTIONS Avoid CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers.
The concomitant use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors is contraindicated [ s ee Contraindications ( 4 ) and Clinical Pharmacology ( 12.3 )] .
