Anticonvulsants: carbamazepine phenytoin phenobarbital ↓ ledipasvir ↓ sofosbuvir Coadministration of ledipasvir and sofosbuvir with carbamazepine, phenytoin, or phenobarbital is expected to decrease the concentration of ledipasvir and sofosbuvir, leading to reduced therapeutic effect of ledipasvir and sofosbuvir.
