What the FDA labels say
From the Lapatinib (TYKERB) label · effective 2026-01-27
Paclitaxel : In cancer patients receiving TYKERB and paclitaxel (CYP2C8 and P-gp substrate), 24-hour systemic exposure (AUC) of paclitaxel was increased 23%.
This increase in paclitaxel exposure may have been underestimated from the in vivo evaluation due to study design limitations.
