HIV Antiretrovirals: Regimens containing tenofovir DF without an HIV protease inhibitor/ritonavir or cobicistat ↑ tenofovir Monitor for tenofovir-associated adverse reactions in patients receiving ledipasvir and sofosbuvir concomitantly with a regimen containing tenofovir DF without an HIV protease inhibitor/ritonavir or cobicistat.
