Strong or moderate CYP3A inducers: Avoid concomitant use.
Intervention: Avoid concomitant use of DAYVIGO with strong or moderate CYP3A inducers [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.2 )].
CNS Depressant Effects and Daytime Impairment: Impairs alertness and motor coordination including morning impairment.
Risk increases with dose and use with other central nervous system (CNS) depressants.
Co-administration with other CNS depressants (e.g., benzodiazepines, opioids, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol) increases the risk of CNS depression, which can cause daytime impairment.

CNS depressants: Closely monitor for sedation and respiratory depression.
CNS Depressants Closely monitor for signs of sedation and respiratory depression with concomitant use of SEZABY with other CNS depressants, including opioids [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)] .
