Angioedema and Anaphylactoid Reactions Patients taking concomitant mTOR inhibitor (e.g. temsirolimus, sirolimus, everolimus) therapy or a neprilysin inhibitor may be at increased risk for angioedema. [see Drug Interactions (7.7 , 7.8)] .
mTOR Inhibitor s Patients taking concomitant mTOR inhibitor (e.g. temsirolimus, sirolimus, everolimus) therapy may be at increased risk for angioedema. [ see Warnings and Precautions (5.2) ] 7.8 Neprilysin Inhibitor Patients taking concomitant neprilysin inhibitors may be at increased risk for angioedema. [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)]

The concomitant use of sirolimus with other drugs known to cause angioedema, such as angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, may increase the risk of developing angioedema.
Elevated sirolimus levels (with/without concomitant ACE inhibitors) may also potentiate angioedema [ see Drug Interactions (7.2) ].
