Hypotension when Co-administered with Alpha-blockers or Antihypertensives Alpha-blockers Caution is advised when PDE5 inhibitors are co-administered with alpha-blockers.
DRUG INTERACTIONS SILDENAFIL ORAL FILM can potentiate the hypotensive effects of nitrates, alpha blockers, and antihypertensives.
Alpha-blockers Use caution when co-administering alpha-blockers with sildenafil because of potential additive blood pressure lowering effects.
PDE5 inhibitors, including sildenafil, and alpha-adrenergic blocking agents are both vasodilators with blood pressure lowering effects.
