Agranulocytosis (including fatal cases) has been reported with other antipsychotic drugs.
Monitor all antidepressant-treated patients, especially during the initial few months of anti-depressant drug therapy, and at times of dosage changes.
Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors Prevention or Management Increased monitoring for SRI- associated adverse reactions is recommended.
Seizures Like other antipsychotic drugs, CAPLYTA may cause seizures.
Potential for Cognitive and Motor Impairment CAPLYTA, like other antipsychotics, may cause somnolence and has the potential to impair judgment, thinking, and motor skills.
