• Dopamine antagonists (e.g., neuroleptics, metoclopramide): May reduce efficacy of ropinirole.
Dopamine Antagonists Because ropinirole is a dopamine agonist, it is possible that dopamine antagonists such as neuroleptics (e.g., phenothiazines, butyrophenones, thioxanthenes) or metoclopramide may reduce the efficacy of ropinirole.
