Mifepristone and Nilotinib interaction
Mifepristone and Nilotinib: both prescribing labels flag this combination with the strongest language, such as a contraindication, a boxed warning, or an instruction to avoid it.
Do not combine without a prescriber's guidance. The label language below is the strongest FDA uses.

Avoid use of concomitant drugs known to prolong the QT interval and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Therefore, avoid concomitant CAVHANZA use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors and/or medicinal products with a known potential to prolong QT [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.9 ), Drug Interactions ( 7.1 , 7.2 )] .
Strong CYP3A Inhibitors: Avoid concomitant use with CAVHANZA or reduce CAVHANZA dose if concomitant use cannot be avoided.

From the Mifepristone label · effective 2025-09-25
There is little or no experience with high exposure, concomitant dosing with other QT-prolonging drugs, or potassium channel variants resulting in a long QT interval. [See Warnings & Precautions ( 5.6 )] To minimize risk, the lowest effective dose should always be used.
Drugs Metabolized by CYP2C8/2C9 Because mifepristone is an inhibitor of CYP2C8/2C9, concurrent use of mifepristone with a drug whose metabolism is largely or solely mediated by CYP2C8/2C9 is likely to result in increased plasma concentrations of the drug.
