Antisecretory Drugs Omeprazole: In healthy volunteers receiving a single dose of 10 mg nifedipine, AUC and C max of nifedipine after pre-treatment with omeprazole 20 mg q.d. for 8 days were 1.26 and 0.87 times those after pre-treatment with placebo.
