In patients with an activated renin-angiotensin system, such as volume- and/or salt-depleted patients (e.g., those being treated with high doses of diuretics) symptomatic hypotension may be anticipated after initiation of treatment with olmesartan medoxomil.
• NSAIDs: Can reduce the diuretic, natriuretic, and antihypertensive effects of diuretics.

Lithium: Increases in serum lithium concentrations and lithium toxicity have been reported with concomitant use of olmesartan or thiazide diuretics.
Drug Interactions with Hydrochlorothiazide When administered concurrently the following drugs may interact with thiazide diuretics: Antidiabetic Drugs (oral agents and insulin): Dosage adjustment of the antidiabetic drug may be required.

Ototoxicity Tinnitus and hearing loss (usually reversible) have been observed with loop diuretics, including torsemide.
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Reduced diuretic, natriuretic, and antihypertensive effects; risk of renal impairment.
Organic Anion Drugs: May decrease diuretic activity of torsemide.
The antihypertensive and diuretic effects of torsemide can be reduced by NSAIDs.
Monitor diuretic effect and blood pressure when used in combination with CYP2C9 inhibitor or inducer.
