• CYP3A Inducers: Avoid concurrent use of IBRANCE with strong CYP3A inducers.
Avoid concomitant use of strong CYP3A inducers (e.g., phenytoin, rifampin, carbamazepine, enzalutamide, and St John's Wort) [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ] .
