Avoid coadministration of VOTRIENT with drugs known to prolong the QT/QTc interval.
Monitor patients who are at significant risk of developing QTc prolongation, including patients with a history of QT interval prolongation, in patients taking antiarrhythmics or other medications that may prolong QT interval, and those with relevant preexisting cardiac disease [see Drug Interactions (7.5)] .
