However, it has been reported that phenothiazines may interfere with the metabolism of Dilantin ® ‡ and thus precipitate Dilantin toxicity.
Phenothiazines may lower the convulsive threshold; dosage adjustments of anticonvulsants may be necessary.
Potentiation of anticonvulsant effects does not occur.
