Piperacillin and Tazobactam for Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection may prolong the neuromuscular blockade of vecuronium and other non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockers.
Due to their similar mechanism of action, it is expected that the neuromuscular blockade produced by any of the non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockers could be prolonged in the presence of piperacillin.
